In an informal survey conducted with site visitors, Knoji found a high level of satisfaction with the results of using photo scanning services to restore and preserve physical photos. In a recent survey run on the Knoji consumer knowledge website, consumers reported high satisfaction with their experiences using photo digitization services from companies such as ScanCafe, iMemories and ScanFlurry. Consumers are also thus protected from loss of old memories from natural disasters, theft or natural deterioration over time of physical media. Knoji, a consumer website dedicated to providing a social medium for feedback on companies and products, conducted a site survey to assess consumer feedback on commonly-used photo scanning services.
