RICHMOND, R.I. (AP) ? Rhode Island State Police say a Massachusetts man arrested on suspicion of drunken driving registered a blood alcohol level of 4� times the legal limit. Troopers stopped the vehicle and arrested 43-year-old Thomas J. Eaton, of South Attleboro, on charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license.
