Buffalo real estate magnate dies in Fla. at 94

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) ? Nathan Benderson, a high school dropout who built a billion-dollar real estate empire based in Buffalo, has died. Benderson's redevelopment of a Buffalo brewery in 1951 started a real estate business that developed office buildings for corporate tenants such as MetLife, John Hancock and IBM all across the Northeast.
