PITTSBURGH (AP) ? The attorney for former Pittsburgh-area state Sen. Jane Orie says prosecutors shouldn't be able to seize about $90,000 in her pension fund and another $100,000 in leftover campaign funds to satisfy restitution in her campaign corruption case.
