NEW YORK (AP) ? A neighbor of a New Jersey man who implicated himself in the death of Etan Patz, a 6-year-old boy who disappeared from a Manhattan street on his way to school in 1979, says he can't believe he'd do something like that. A law enforcement official says Pedro Hernandez was taken into custody Wednesday evening in Camden, N.J., and is being questioned.
