Food Smoking And The Types Of Equipment
Food smoking is one way of cooking delicious and tasty meat, where the smoker is designed so as to allow for the heat and smoke to engulf the food, while also passing through it. The idea is to not let the meat come in direct contact with fire, and avoid burning. The meat is never positioned right above the fire, preventing flare ups which may arise from fat dripping onto the fire below. What all these things do is give the food a distinctive, yet very tasty smoky flavour. One can achieve a different kind of smoky taste in the food by employing different kinds of wood.
